This page explains what information is used when you visit the shop or contact Siki Naturals.

1. Who is responsible

Siki Naturals is an independent natural-products brand operating in the Netherlands and is responsible for the personal information it receives for shop orders and customer contact. Privacy questions can be sent through the official WhatsApp Business number +31 6 4498 1612.

2. Information used for orders

The shop lets you prepare your name, telephone number, delivery address, products and delivery notes. This information is not submitted to a Siki Naturals database through the checkout form. When you tap “Order via WhatsApp,” your device opens WhatsApp with the prepared message and you decide whether to send it.

Once sent, the information is processed to answer you, confirm stock and delivery, arrange payment, fulfil the order, provide support and handle returns or complaints. WhatsApp/Meta, Tikkie and the delivery provider process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

3. Browser storage

Essential local browser storage remembers your language, shopping bag, favourites, private product rating and privacy choice on your own device. The product rating is not published as a customer review. You can clear this information through your browser settings.

4. Optional anonymous analytics

Only when you choose “Allow anonymous analytics,” the site creates a random visitor identifier in local browser storage and records the visit date and page path. The shop analytics database does not intentionally store your name, order, delivery address or full IP address with that identifier. Analytics records are automatically removed after no more than 24 months.

If you choose “Essential only,” this optional tracking is not started and any stored random identifier is removed from your browser. You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer at any time.

5. Technical and security data

The hosting and security providers may temporarily process technical information such as IP address, device or request details to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep services secure. This processing is separate from the optional shop analytics described above.

6. Legal reasons and retention

Order and contact information is used because it is needed to respond to your request, prepare or perform an order, meet legal obligations and protect the legitimate security of the service. Optional analytics relies on your choice. Order records are kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting or other applicable legal duties.

7. Sharing

Information is shared only where needed with service providers involved in communication, payment, hosting, security and delivery, or when required by law. Siki Naturals does not sell personal information.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information. You may also withdraw analytics permission at any time through Cookie choices. Contact Siki Naturals through WhatsApp so the request can be verified and answered.

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe your privacy rights have not been handled correctly.

9. Advertising

No Google AdSense advertising cookies are active on this site at the date shown above. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before personalised or measurement cookies are used.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the shop, providers or legal duties change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
